We were excited to see and hear Ben play the bagpipes!

Cupcakes! - by Arabella

On Thursday 6 September Room 2 got 90 marbles in the jar! - wahoo!!  So we decided to make cupcakes on Friday because Samantha and Katelynn were leaving.   This was a good way to say goodbye to them because they love cupcakes!

Peel Forest Visit - 4 September, 2012

Room 2 and the whole school raced onto the buses and went to Peel Forest.  It was a beautiful sunny day and we sat on the grass and enjoyed our lunch.

We got into our groups and went off to have an interesting day of learning.

Mrs Millar taught us about the layers of the forest.  Then, Mrs Rayner taught us about the different trees in the forest.  Mrs Sintennie taught us about how the forest use to be in the olden days and how it is now.

The best thing was being out in the deep forest instead of sitting in class!
